Day 2
Had a great day. I had a friend in my room born on the same date as mine. But 11 years elder to me. I call him a friend and he also feels the same way. He marriage life was broken, and sometimes he feels like his life was wasted. But he's got a great personality and the way he talks to me in a respectable way is great. Why I'm talking about him is because of his attitude towards a disease make me surprising.
He's having Diabetes for 3 years. But he never used medicines and when I asked him he said: " If you start using tablets for diabetes, you'll end up with medicines." But how's it possible for him to survive without medicine and he again replied that "I do eat my food on time, focus on my work forgetting what disease I'm having and exercising daily not to keep fit but to keep healthy (of course he's fit)". Putting his words on a page is so easy but developing that attitude is a little tough. I am not saying impossible but if we try we can have it.
We don't need to read a lot of books daily spending a lot of time. Sometimes the person standing in front of us is an open book presenting himself to read. But we are busy writing reviews on the book instead of reading it. All we need to do is appreciate the things that we have come across. No matter how hard it hits you.
I do believe in only one thing "Put PEACE above everything." Nothing in this world is as important as your inner peace.
Every time I stuck with a problem I remember these words, "If a boat is ON the water, it is always safe. When it lets the water into it through a hole even Titanic is going to sink." In the same way, when you are surrounded by problems, do not let problems inside and make your peace get disturbed. The same thing is gonna happen to you.
Phrase of my day is," Have a whale of a time."
If you say that you mean you are having a great time. It is also an informal way of saying that you had a blast. Hope you have a whale of a time.
